Karen Blincoe, DD, FRSA

Karen Blincoe is currently a consultant and lecturer in sustainability and the 17SDGs. She has for many years been working with sustainability and since 2016 her work has included the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

In addition Karen’s expertise covers leadership, organizational change, design and education within a sustainability context. She has headed a variety of organisations both education and design-orientated including Chora Connection, Schumacher College and ICIS Center. Karen has lectured and taught at a number of universities and colleges. In recent years at the Arts Faculty, Brighton University, UK; the School of Architecture in Copenhagen; KEA University College, Copenhagen and the Faculty of Arts at Kingston University, London where she is completing a PhD in sustainability.

Karen is a cosmopolitan and has worked and lived internationally for many years. She is married to a designer, has 2 children, 4 grandchildren and lives in the country north of Copenhagen.
